I need someone to (Part time) manage a WP based Job Site.

General information for the business: We need someone to maintain and help grow a job site.
Description of support work: We need:
Partnerships to be created and fed into the WP site.
( Eg Indeed and other WP widget feeds)
Site promoted
Twitter maintained
Facebook maintained.
Help to grow the site and its catchment.

Goal is to grow database of workers as large as possible.
Extra notes: The Jobs board specially targets people from Eastern europe.
