I need help, advice and guidance with my fashion startup

As of now, we have a fashion brand that was launched 3 years back. Bout unfortunately no strategy for how to grow. Everything is Adhoc. Already rebranded once. But no focus on sales or how to take forward the PR and marketing strategy. It is a one man show. Woman actually. Designs are beautI full and intricate and attention to detail is at the highest. We have no idea what to do. Who to ask for help. Prioritizing spending (i.e. what to do first? How to manage and do i hire or freelance? )
We need a solid strategy and business plan that can help us and guide us.

I need something that will save the brand and take it to the next level.
