Do you want this on Excel or Spreadsheet? You do realize that having each row as one page means 539 sheets in one file, right? When do you need this by?

Do you want this done strictly in Excel, or will Google Sheets also work for you? (I recommend using Google Sheets). -
Firstly, I think that you are 'asking for trouble' if you intend to end-up with over 500 sheets on an Excel spreadsheet.
Also, I presume that you want and data amended in the individual sheet to be update in the list presentation, and vice-versa.
Better and simpler to develop this as an ACCESS database and import/export the Excel data as required.
Please advise if you would like a quote based on this approach.
