I need a Website Product Manager + Project Manager

General information for the business: We build websites
Description of support work: I have many websites that need to be completed. Many, many more that need to be started. I lost the person that performed these dual duties and attempted to pick it up myself - time just will not allow me to do this and remain sane.

The project manager is the one pulling all the disparate resources together to perform the work and getting this complete as soon as possible.

The team of resources is worldwide. They are freelancers and global agencies.

As Product Manager:
You need to be able to take little direction (really just an understanding of the vision for the website) and create-launch-track visitors-drive an audience. Ultimately, every website will be for a purpose, most always this is a revenue.
You will need to be able to speak to the Design - Copy Writing - SEO and Keywords - Branding - Ease of Use - Call to Action - User Engagement - integration of Payment System - integration of Support system.
You will have to be able to communicate to the network of resources in precise language to get the site launched flawlessly.
Attention to detail and user experience is a must.

As Project Manager:
You will have to place resources and tasks on a timeline. Provide milestones. Communicate with me and the resources. The projects will be run under Agile methodology. Daily scrums or at a minimum daily reporting. Projects will be given a budget of hours and MUST be complete / launched within budget.
