I need a quantity surveyor someone to help me chose a builder

I have a number of quotes for my house build and have used the building aviator site from jewsons ans a rough guide to what it would cost.

All three builder came recommend by my architect

i want a QS to help me go through each quote vs the estimate from jewsons vs the plans and work out what is missing from the cheap quotes and why the more expensive ones may be more accurate / over the top

I would estimate this is circa 5-6 hours work

i am comfortable with all three builders now .. i just want to get the best p4p deal and make sure everything is needed is included in the fixed quote by the builder

preferable candidate would be a an experienced QS used to looking at small projects (150-300k)
