I need a logo design and a professional website

I need to redesign both my business logo and my website. Currently my website is done in Weebly but I want to have a professional page created targeted to my audience. It must be mobile friendly, with attractive graphics and video to generate business, increase engagement and brand awareness and generate new leads. I must be able to make changes to the page, upload pics etc. The website must be optimized to meet Google's computer algorithms.
