HR Support for Promotion

I am currently working to move up a job grade and need some HR support to review a grade descriptor document.
It has 8 descriptors and I have put a summary together with some examples but need help to use the right language and examples to give it my best shot.
Hopi g it's not much more than an hours work, but happy to discuss as result is more important.
Work area is privacy, so would be great if you have experience of supporting Data Protection experts, but not a prerequisite.
