Help With Migration To Google Suite

My company is going from the free version of Gmail to google suite and there is a few things which needs to be tidied up, we are a team of 7 and you would need to communicate with each person to get the job done, we need:

* All future emails (typically 2 per person) to be forwarded to the new google suite email address
* All previous emails imported into each new account

In some instances we were using forwarding and others importing the correct way. If you apply for the job, be aware that you won't be getting login details, you will need to talk each person through what to do.
