We’re looking for a sharp, self-driven Team Leader to spearhead our residential estimating operations in the UK.

This hybrid role combines strong technical QS skills with light sales and client engagement responsibilities. You’ll lead by example in delivering high-quality estimates, managing client relationships, and helping shape the future of our UK growth.

Someone who is keen to jump on this start up company who can price residental projects but also SELL jobs and manage a basic CRM.
