Development of new business concept

We are currently working on a new business concept and require help and advice with the following:

1) Investigate possible business models/structure for concept
2) Create Lean Canvas, value propositions, detailed business overview,mission statement and help identify and highlight USP for concept
3) Assess the need for the carrying out of a feasibility study or/and a representative competitor audit for certain aspects associated with the concept
4) Create a strategic framework and a roadmap for the future - working off an October 2020 deadline in terms of planning
5) Identify potential revenue models to ensure we are maximising commercial revenue from the beginning.
6)Identify key personnel both on an internal business need and in terms of government personnel and suitable ambassadors to create a credible contact pool to help bring the concept to life
7)Create a Marketing/PR plan to include the following: Branding recommendations, advertising, online strategy, general PR, CSR activities, corporate engagement and networking.

The business will have multiple branches including a charitable section so we will require advice on the best way to structure our business model to cater for these different aspects.
