We are a Social Enterprise, supporting children's Speech and language development in the early years.
Need someone to work with us (via email and messaging) to put together Communications Guidelines for our team members. Need it to be a document that is practical and used rather than a policy that is skimmed over and not read. Expecting it to be 3-5 pages long.
We want to ensure a high standard of communications, particularly now that so much work and interaction is done online. Needs to be really simple to understand.
Had a few instances of poor quality social media posts, caps typing in emails, and some abrupt responses on social media, as well as using phrases that we have asked the team not to use, so now need easy to follow guidelines.
I can provide a clear brief in addition to the rough description below:
Need
* Guidelines on how to pitch our organisations
* Words and phrases to use or not use
* Guidance for professionalism
* Guidance for Social media communications (this does not need to be elaborate as will be touched on in other places, but guidance on post length, using pictures, high quality posts), What we do want, and don't want.
