seeking an experienced VAT specialist accountant to provide short-term support reviewing a VAT exemption/liability submission to HMRC.

We have drafted a formal VAT liability ruling request relating to an Ofqual-regulated Level 4 qualification, and require an expert to:
• Review and refine the letter for technical accuracy
• Confirm the strongest VAT exemption route under VAT Notice 701/30
• Advise on any wording or structuring that may affect HMRC’s decision
