BACKGROUND: We are a canine rehabilitation facility. We are looking to expand and enter into the lifestyle market for pets. We need to rebrand & reposition.

NEED TO KNOWS:
We will be a ONE STOP SHOP for dogs. Recreational Play/ Daycare - Proper Pet Nutrition - Quality Pet Supplies - Training Classes - Behaviour Modification - Grooming - Therapeutic & Recreational Swim - Massage - Underwater Treadmill - Ultrasound & Laser Therapy - Physiotherapy - Chiropractic Adjustments - Overnight boarding - Event Rentals - Foster Care for Pets in Need.
We are not a vet office…so we are not life-saving or overtly medically. We are a QUALITY of life business. That being said we are, in part, a vet referral business and will be marketing to local vets to gain access to post-surgery & senior patients. Professionalism is key.
We love dogs…and the experience is all about the dogs. All employees are friendly and outgoing and the customer experience is ALWAYS a positive one.
Our point of difference is accessibility of knowledge from our experienced staff: canine physiotherapists, chiropractors, nutritionists, massage therapists, behaviourists, etc. We stand behind any product we sell or any service offered and if you have questions, just ask. We are accessible, qualified, and always up for a chat.
We are located in Toronto, Canada. We will be expanding in this market and across the country when possible. This is an URBAN business.
We are also expanding our online presence to include retail & build a dynamic social media experience.
Our business director is a CPG marketer with brand & corporate strategy background…we have a high standard for deliverables.
