Description
Experience Level: Entry
I'm looking for someone long term (hopefully several years, with estimated monthly hours/contract allocated) to provide business auditing support.
I will also provide additional (paid) training for the right person.
I need someone that will be available via phone, Skype, Whatsapp, Teams, etc.
The right candidate has to be proficient in English.
I need someone to be able to check various types of records (invoices, POs, Training, Certificates, insurance certs, thorough examination inspections, docs, records etc) and summarise the info into key points.
This description is specifically longer than typical descriptions as it's important the correct candidate takes their time to read and understand what is being offered and what is required.
Below is a test for what I need. Anyone that successfully completes the task (1) and provides appropriate costings (2) will be selected on Monday.
The link in the attachment will open a OneDrive Shared folder with various types of records.
Initially I need two elements completed for the task:
1. I need the successful candidate to be able to open the attachment link and summarise key info from the 5th last record. Summary info should be collated and sent back to me including a quote (see point 2) using the following headings:
File Title:
Record Type (Title of Record once opened):
Company undertaking examination:
Vehicle/Equipment Serial ID or Reference:
Date issued:
Next exam date:
A Defects:
B Defects:
C Defects:
Name of signature on record:
2. Provide a cost (include time taken to complete task 1) to complete all other files in the folder (i.e all other PDFs). Completion of other files will be undertaken using the same or similar summary info than that of task 1.
Note 1: Correct (best try) completion of task 1 is important. However the selection of the right person for long term work is what I am looking for.
Note 2: Timings for task 1 took me 3 minutes 30 seconds. I appreciate that it will be a lot quicker for me as I know what I'm looking for and how to complete the task. So I do not expect completion of task 1 to be the same timings as myself.
Note 3: Please do not request further info, If you cannot open the link, etc
