Project Summary

I am looking for someone to build a professional Excel financial and operations management system that I can use easily on my iPad.

The spreadsheet will be used to manage two cafés, with each café having its own separate financial records and performance tracking, while also providing a combined overview of both businesses.

The system should be designed properly from the beginning but also be flexible and expandable, so I can make adjustments myself later as the cafés grow. I do not want a rigid spreadsheet that would need to be rebuilt every time I change a price, expense, target, shift structure, or add a new category.

* Charts and graphs showing revenue, expenses and performance trends
* Business targets, with actual performance compared against targets

Important: Future Adjustments

Please build the workbook so that I can make changes myself later without breaking the formulas or dashboard.

For example, I may later want to:

* Add another café in the future
* Modify the 15% reserve percentage
* Change reporting periods

The structure should therefore be flexible, clearly labelled and user-friendly, with formulas and linked sheets designed to accommodate reasonable future changes.

Budget & Aftercare

My budget for the initial project is £100.

I would also like some aftercare/support included after delivery. If I find a formula problem, something doesn’t work correctly on my iPad, or I need a small adjustment, I would like the developer to provide reasonable support after the project is completed.

I am looking for someone who can build a proper automated business management workbook, rather than just a basic Excel spreadsheet.

The priority is reliability, automation, professional presentation, iPad usability and flexibility for future adjustments.
