Adwords Specialist Needed

I'm looking for a proven Adwords specialist with a least 3 years experience, specifically in ECommerce (Shopify), to assist and guide me through my up and coming campaign.

I have knowledge and experience in running search campaigns but need someone to manage campaigns on daily basis for me.

apart for your fee i am also willing to give you cut from conversions you do.

The canditate MUST be Adwords Certified and have experience in Search, Display and Shopping ads (proof will be required).
