A PowerPoint presentation

I have two powerpoint presentations (one of them is currently in PDF format, I can convert it to powerpoint before sending it if I need to) that are a mess. They have spelling mistakes, they have random boxes overlayed on top of pictures because there is Chinese characters on them. I want all that removed, there is no reason to hide the Chinese language, they are Chinese products. I need them merged into one and made to look professional. I am not good with Powerpoint so it will take me very long. Once I receive it I will put the final touches with regards to information about the products on the slides.
