Description
Experience Level: Entry
We're looking for a part time virtual assistant (20 hours per week) to help us assemble our WordPress blog content.
At Backlinko, we pride ourselves on producing some of the best content in any industry. But it's not easy. It takes an entire team to create world-class content that contains dozens of screenshots, visuals and illustrations.
We currently have an opening for one key member of that team: content assembly.
The content assembly role is in charge of one the last steps in the process: putting the actual post together.
It's an important one that requires an extremely high attention to detail. Specifically, the role involves taking written content from a Google Doc. Then, "assembling" that written content along with illustrations and other visuals assets in WordPress. Finally, the last step is quality control to ensure that the final post meets our incredibly high standards.
Note: Full training will be provided. We will give you all of the skills and support that you need to learn and grow with us.
Skills and experience we're looking for:
-Experience with WordPress a must
-Native English speaker preferred
-Hours are flexible. However, candidate needs to be available on Monday-Friday
-Must be extremely detail oriented
This posting is for a test project of 1 hour. If we work well together, we will transition over to a 20 hour per week position right away.
At the top of your job posting, please name the founder of Vivino. This helps us filter out automated submissions. Thank you.
