I’m seeking a well organised, detail orientated Virtual Assistant to support me as a busines owner!
This remote role will require exceptional administrative and operational support, freeing me up to focus on what matters most - growing the business.
Here's some of the main task I need support with
Inbox management : Masterfully manage email messages, sorting into my inbox folder structure, and craft clear and concise responses if required.
Calendar & Diary management - Keep my schedules on track by scheduling meetings, managing appointments, and ensuring timely reminders are sent.
Meeting support: Coordinate meetings & support with note taking for virtual meetings
Document creation: Draft compelling letters, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Business operational support: Provide guidance on established processes and procedures, ensuring efficient operations.
Task support: Oversee tasks and projects, maintaining clear priorities and deadlines.
Client Champion: Be the friendly face (or voice) handling client communication, correspondence, and acting as a trusted liaison.
Note taking: Capture essential details during meetings, ensuring no crucial point goes undocumented.
Accountability checking: Conduct regular check-ins to ensure projects stay on track and deadlines are met.
Support with social media, business development, and other sales and marketing related admin tasks
your perfect for this role if you have:
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and courteous demeanour in emails, WhatsApp chats, and video calls.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for organisation .
- Proficiency in task management tools and a willingness to learn new platforms.
- Experience with basic bookkeeping practices.
- The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with myself and other members of my team/clients.
- A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
