A fast-growing online Coaching Business is seeking ongoing support with client relations, course materials & payment plans.
Specifically we are looking for someone to help with:
- Keeping track of individual course plans
- Emailing the relevant course materials every Monday morning using MailChimp
- Keeping track of individual payment plans
- Communicating with prospective clients re: appointments
- Communicating with clients re: course plans
You need to have a warm & patient personality. Excellent written and spoken English. Be proficient in
Word, Mailchimp & Stripe. Efficient working style.
3 hours average / week to begin with. Opportunities to grow within the company.
