Virtual assistant for serviced accommodation

I need a virtual assistant for a serviced accommodation business. Looking for 2 hours per day to start with.
It will involve guest communication, creating and optimising property listings, utility management, cleaner communication, email management etc.
It must be someone who has experience in both virtual assistant and serviced accommodation.
Must have excellent written English.
It will involve all training plus a quick weekly zoom meeting.
