Virtual Assistant for Music Release Plan Creation

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Virtual Assistant to help manage music release plans using our AI-based software. The software automates most of the process, but we need someone to oversee, refine, and input key details to ensure everything aligns with the artist’s vision and schedule.

Responsibilities:

Generate music release plans using our AI-based software.
Copy and organize generated information into the correct days and sections within the plan.
Review and adjust AI-generated content ideas to better align with the specific song and artist’s style.
Collaborate creatively to enhance content ideas for social media, reels, stories, and other promotional materials.
Ensure all information is accurately implemented and aligned with the provided guidelines.
Requirements:

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
A creative mindset with the ability to refine and improve content ideas.
Experience or knowledge in music promotion, marketing, or content creation is a plus.
Basic familiarity with AI tools and software (training on our system will be provided).
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow a structured guideline.

Additional Information:
This is a remote position with flexible hours. Training on the software and guidelines for creating music release plans will be provided. Creativity is highly valued in this role, especially when refining AI-generated ideas to make them unique and engaging for artists.
