We are looking for an organised and efficient Virtual Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and work on multiple projects including:
• Correspondence with partners
• Market research
• Recruitment support (correspondence with potential candidates, interview scheduling, reference checks)
• Marketing support
• Preparing presentations and reports
• Scheduling meetings and events
Skills needed are:
• Experience with standard office software and spreadsheets
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Thoroughness and good attention to detail
• Resourceful and adaptable - able to work in a fast-growing/evolving business environment
• Able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision
