Virtual assistant

I run several businesses related to advertising, internet services and general services for other small businesses.

I have become increasingly bogged down though with some of the day to day stuff and this is holding me back from growing the business and furthermore means that my service level to my customers is suffering.

So I need someone to help with: dealing with and responding to emails, updating customer records on our database (internet based), chasing writers for our business and proofing their work, preparing advertisement details and sending over to the graphic designer, then getting ad approval from the customer (email). Internet research for our events diary, updating our website (wordpress based).

Although there won’t be much telephone work, the facility to cover the phone from time to time would be useful.

It is essential that your English, spelling and grammar are perfect. You also need to be no more than one hour time difference to the UK.
