Virtual assistant

I am a busy self employed businessman with a wide range of interests. I work from home or an office in Piccadilly. My business is mainly investing in Tech., Music and hedge funds I have a number of consultancy roles. My admin. is a mess. I want to create a file for all my investments, organise emails, organise a large number of contacts into number of lists. I have expenses to claim and trips to organise. Most of the work can be done at home after regular meetings in west London. Diary management would be a bonus as would some organising of personal things e.g. taking my currently broken ipad to be fixed !
