Virtual assistant

Description: Need a virtual assistant to help with a growing portfolio of ecommerce sites, initially duties will consist of dealing with incoming calls to our 0845 number which can be diverted to a phone of your choice, including mobiles - can supply a mobile handset as part of the deal if needs be as this is still available from last contractor.

Inbound calls are made up of sales calls that need a polite no, customers inquiring about stock availability, general product queries, customers wishing to place orders.

For the right candidate a second phase of work is available to include other admin duties such as placing orders with suppliers, entering invoices on cloud based accounting system.

Call volumes can vary from zero per day to 12-15, volumes tend to be higher October - February
