Description
Experience Level: Entry
I own a fast growing marketing business and I am looking for a reliable, professional, productive and punctual assistant for virtual and admin assistance.
Duties will include (but not be limited to):
Emailing
Invoicing
Reporting
Researching
Sending proposals
Creating Excel documents
Managing my PPH account
Scheduling pre-written social media posts
Please also include in your proposal whether or not you can provide a telephone service (making and/or receiving calls).
Training will need to be provided for some tasks, so you will need to have access to Skype in order for me to provide this.
Initially this will be for one hour a day with the possibility of a few extra hours per month. There will be an opportunity for these hours to increase over time.
You will be required to use Trello - this is where I will post your activities.
Within your proposal, please include:
- A description of your previous duties as an assistant and what your primary responsibilities were
- What computer skills you have
- What programs you are comfortable using
- What your greatest strengths are and how these will help your performance in this position
