Description
An experienced virtual administration assistant is sought to manage the day-to-day operations of a growing short-term rental service.
Role Prerequisite:
The candidate shall be self-employed, have other clients, and work as a sole trader or through their own limited company.
Role Availability and Experience Details:
Work Hours Availability & Working Time Per Day:
The candidate will be available for this role during the following hours:
• Days: Monday to Friday
• Time: 09h00 to 17h30
The working schedule entails a total of one (1) hour of work during this time frame. The candidate will finish their duties as soon as this one (1) hour of work is completed.
Experience Requirements:
Experience in the short-term rental market is not a prerequisite for this role. Candidates without prior experience in this sector are welcome to apply.
Key Requirements:
• Strong keyboarding skills
• Attention to detail
• Intermediary Proficiency in MS Office applications including:
• MS Excel (formulas, data sorting, and filtering)
• MS Word
Excellent written English for clear electronic correspondence,
Located within the UK for compatibility with business hours,
Enthusiasm for providing top-notch customer service,
Independence in handling various general office tasks efficiently.
Desired Skills:
French language skills are a plus but not essential, as online platforms have translation tools.
Responsibilities:
• Inputting reservation data into Excel sheets with accuracy and speed
• Editing or designing marketing materials
• Communicating electronically with clients, suppliers, and property owners
