VBA produced for an excel sheet

We have an CSV file which is exported from a Shopify site. The CSV contains all the order information for particular customers. We need to be able to identify the CCG's (areas or groups if you like) within that sheet my initial thought is this is done via a Vlookup based on the postcode.

We would also like some VBA created to "tidy" the sheet and split the different CCG's into different tabs so we end up with a tab of each CCG ready to send to there finance team.

Although I think I know what I want I'm really looking for someone to give some specialist advice if there is a better way! Sadly as with everything in the NHS the budget is limited/coming out of my own funds!
