Part time Virtual PA/Office Manager needed for small but ambitious London-based fitness education business.
I aim to start with 4 hours a week and grow as the business develops. The role can be done from home. The ability to attend some London events would be useful but not essential.
This role is for someone who is:
- excellent at getting things done
- able to prioritise and meet deadlines
- organised
- comfortable dealing with both clients and staff (by email and on the phone)
Tasks include: responding to emails from clients and staff; booking customers onto courses; tracking stats such as course attendance, enquiries, conversion rates using Excel; updating the online booking system; booking freelance instructors. Other tasks would be added as hours grow.
