Update my business listings across different directories

We're a web design company and we've done a few searches online including with Yell and need to update our profile across various directories. Some places have the wrong address, some are missing entries. It's about a day's work but needs to be done efficiently and with good attention to detail.

* I will give you a list of them, there are about 15 or so*
In addition it would be great if you could add us to any additional ones you can recommend.
