I need a BDM to book in quality sales meetings for us

We're a small IT business and we're looking for more B2B clients. We have a list of local companies who could be potentially good. We need someone who is able to reach out to these businesses via email, phone, social media and arrange calls with us. As a BDM we also want you to come up with additional ideas on how we can get more of our desired customers. We are not sure on how much time we want from you but we can discuss this.
