Typing up of notes

I tend to write notes into an A5 notebook and at a later date type up into an email or Evernote, I would like to make this process quicker/more efficient.

I would like to take a picture of the notes and email them to someone who would type up and return.

I'm open to how you feel is most appropriate to price, the notes will vary in length from a few sentences to a page, generally just bullet points and you would receive maybe 2 -5 a week.

Also, keen to understand how quickly you would return.
