Typing from video text

I have rolling text (white on black, large font) on a video mp4 file, it needs to be typed into a Word (or text) document. The text scrolls slowly, about 10 words per ten seconds. Obviously you could speed up the video if you type faster.
It will be about one hour of video, which is around 3600 words (there are pauses every 4 minutes).
All words are easy and clear.
This is an old art project of mine and I own copyright. It's computer generated text.
