I have around 1000 lines of data that need a tidy. Each line is an address and contact detail but the contacts are (EG) Mr & Mrs Bloggs. I need a blank line inserting below the line, the data copied but an entry for Mr Bloggs on one line and Mrs Bloggs below.

I've attached a dummy spreadsheet showing you how the data currently is and what i need it to look like. I will need to provide an NDA for this project.
