Description

Experience Level: Entry
Due to an increase in workload I require a pair of helping hands to provide 1st line remote technical support. This involves simple tasks that come in on a ticketing system such as password resets in AD, Azure, resetting issues in Intune, software installs and errors in SCCM software center. Upto 40 hours Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm UK time.
