Spreadsheets

I need a spreadsheet making up please.
This is based around pending business/ business written in a sales environment.
I need it to show a list of sales people ( approx 30), along with columns for business written, updates, plus numerous other KPI's and i need to be able to filter down to each sales person and group them up into their repsective areas.
I need the spreadsheet to be able to total up amounts as well as give average's etc.
I also need a tab for each month of the year.
