Sort/ combine our audience data into categories

As a sports media company with have 3 key segments: Print, Digital and Events- each of these have unique audience as well as some members that cross over. We would like insight into this engagement and cross over.
Task: Sort audience data into the areas of the business they are engaged with.
We have some people who engage with just one area (e.g. attend an event), other people engage in multiple areas (attend an event, subscribe the magazine and receive the daily deal newsletter).
We want you to sort our data so that we can identify what areas our entire audience are engaged with on an individual basis.

I have collated all data and have a template for how we would like it displayed which I can send over.

The time frame for this is 1 week, max
