Somebody to organise a trip to Italy

I need somebody to help me arrange a week long trip to Italy to follow the last week of the giro d'italia (Cycle race)

I would like somebody to organise my entire week from start to finish

Flights
Connecting flights (we will be going onbound to other countries at the end)
Car hire
Hotels along the route
Restaurants
Hotel at the end of the stay.
Logistics

This will be for two us of the entire week and a 3rd for the weekend at the end.

I want you to take total control of the entire itinerary just checking in on hotels, resturants preferences etc.

I am guessing Italian speaking would be useful.

I can pay you in either GBP or Euros
