This basically involves transferring the content of emails across to some Google Sheets.
These will be betting tips, typically relating to football matches or Horse racing (eg. 15.00 Wolverhampton, Wonkey Donkey. 2pt to win at 7/4), and we estimate it will take 20 minutes per day.
