**Key Responsibilities:**
- Responding to client messages and calls promptly and professionally.
- Booking and managing online meetings with clients.
- Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback effectively and empathetically.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
This is a freelance position. Payment will be provided at a rate of $20 per hour.
