Research and compile a list of Business from a specific list of web sources

We have identified a source listings for exhibitions in our industry. We are looking for someone to perform two related tasks:

1. Collate a list of each of the exhibitions into a spreadsheet database with specific columns / fields
2. Find the exhibitor list from the individual exhibition websites and collate a list of the companies attending this year / last year, then use web research to add to the data (Website URL, Telephone number, Type of Company etc)
