Record pedestrian movements from video files and enter data into excel

The video files are large and I will provide a hard drive with them. You need a computer that can play large videos and to be London based to meet up today. Task is to record the pedestrian origin/destination and how long they wait at each crossing to cross the road at a big junction. I estimate around 40 hours of work and need it done asap, ideally within the next couple of days so ideally 2 or more people could work on it together. £10 per hour (per person) plus bonus for quick completion and potential for more work. Sample attached to get an idea.
