I need an administrative assistant who can do the following.

Task 1 ( once every month)
1. Using the given list of UK limited company owners (excel), filter company directors who are above a certain age using UK companies house. The excel file will have the addresses of 1000 company directors

2. Using the given letter template and the above-filtered list of directors, send letters using docmail ( more details will be provided)

Task 2 ( once every month)
1. Using the given list of private property owners addresses(excel), ensure each address is the latest using 192.com, Linkedin, social media etc. The excel file will have the addresses of 500 property owners

2. Using the given letter template and the correct addresses of the property owners, send letters using docmail ( more details will be provided)

Task 3 ( once every week) - 500 leads
1. Go through property leads in my business email inbox, filter suitable deals as per given requirements
2. Forward the filtered deals to another email inbox ( details will be given)

Task 4 ( once every week) - 50 websites
1. Search UK property portals for potential deals as per given requirements
2. Forward the potential deals to another email inbox ( details will be given)

Task ( once every month)
1. Send emails to property agents using mail chimp - 200 agents
