I wish to find 3 auction properties which require modernisation and which I can but for less than £50,000. As I am not UK based, I need someone to do the leg work for me both in locating the properties and then in viewing them. I am looking to buy at the end of January,

I don't need a property expert, although that would help. I would need you to report back to me, by video call from each of the premises.

The job is part of what may become a multi-stage project, if I can locate the right property and person. For the right bidder, the next phase would be to locate a local building team, and supervision of that team could be added to the brief - but I don't expect full project management, I can do that from here.

The budget is not fixed and you must bear all expenses, so they need to be included in your bid. If you are not local to the areas you suggest, that may be an issue, so please bear that in mind.

At this point, this is an experiment, to see if I can set up a viable property investment business, from humble beginnings, so this could represent a great opportunity for the right person.
