Professional Infographic CV/Resumes for a Bid Document

Hi,

I have a couple of engineering profiles which is to be included in a bid document my company is working on and I need help with;
1. Reviewing and editing the resumes
2. Redesigning the resumes to look very professional
3. Applying a consistent sytle, font and colour scheme and image positioning/size for all 4 resumes.
4. Applying some infographics where possible

You will receive the resumes in one word file but the font, style and images are all over the place - so I will need someone who is good in MS WORD, design, colour schemes, to come up with something very nice and very professional.
