This is a great opportunity for someone who would like an interesting and responsible job, without the loss of family/social life.
1 The role
You will be working for an Internet "Tech" Entrepreneur, who needs someone to help with the existing businesses, and to save him time, so that he can focus on…more businesses.
You are good at listening, and delivering what was required in a precise manner.
You are good at upwards management, and communicating any suggestions.
2 Salary, hours and location
Competitive salary based on your experience
20 hours per week, with flexitime and mostly home-working:
- 1x per week on site 4 hours (Some of the work will be at our “Silicon Roundabout” office, some of it will be at a home office)
- 1.5 hours min Mon-Fri
- The rest is flexitime
You must live within 1 hour’s commute of: EC2A 4DD, SW18 3JY
3 The ideal candidate
Ideally you will have some PA and Project management experience, and are a naturally strong administrator.
You are accomplished multi-tasker, and good at managing different priorities.
You are good at being clear and frank, which will encourage people to trust you, and will have experience in positions of high trust.
You can work independently, but are good at actively listening so that you deliver what was required.
You have your own computer with Microsoft office, and can use dropbox
You can work on a self-employed basis

Indexing and cataloging
Understand various assets
Managing other services and professional services
Some previous experience of Private secretarial and asset management
Good at managing & reporting upwards
Computer literate (can use word and excel to an advanced level)
Web literate, could/can use sites like Trello, Freelancer.com, LinkedIn
Also nice to have, but not essential:
- Simple book-keeping accounting (please state package and experience)
- Any product/project management

Rob D.06 Mar 2017Sorry but I think that there was a mistake, I am using the "talent scout" feature, where PPH help looking for great people! To confirm the 1 session per week four hours in London is essential, sorry for any mis-understanding.
