Experience Level: Entry
PA required to do a variety of virtual jobs for a small business.
I need letters redrafting, calls making, adverts posting or written for jobs, help with mail outs and general help and more....
Flexible person ,who has a quick turn around and willing to work as and when required during working hours.
Must have excellent PC skills and have general understanding of marketing. I have so much bits to do and there is not enough hours in the day to do it all. Not sure how much work this will be. We could try it out first to see if it will work. If not - nothing lost.
Must be able to use:
Word
Publisher
Excel
Access
Good understanding of Internet
Must have first class communication skills and able to help me edit or redraft simple letters. Must have an excellent standard of English. Must be willing to talk on the phone if need be. Will be doing some basic telephone calls when need be. Also person who has interest in creative arts would be nice.
