Help - I need someone to help me manage properties.
This will involve, checking rents received and loans paid on a weekly basis. Chasing tenants for outstanding rent, issuing new tenancy agreements, completing spreadsheets on expenses and revenue. Dealing with letting agents and keeping track of repairs to produce a regular summary.

Arranging repairs, gas safety checks, dealing with utilities etc, applicants must be on line, computer literate with excel skills and able to make uk phone calls. The properties range in location from Scotland to the south coast so you could be based anywhere. Around 4 hours a week, though by being available if there are emergencies, then you could work longer.
