Outreaching Process Administration

Here's what we need undertaking as part of our Content Marketing Outreaching Process Administration

You will receive an Open link prospector list sent by us along with a pre-written email to be sent later in the process.
You will then run through all of the links and search each site for an appropriate email address (primarily editors, content writers, marketing managers, advertising, if none of the emails suggested are listed then info, contact us emails etc. will be acceptable as an agreed final option, but only upon our agreement)
You will then send each client the outreach email that we will provide.
Any replies will be forwarded to us to respond to further within 4 hours of receipt.

You will agree a minimum number of links per hour to be achieved, thus making the workload & budget transparent.
